Description
The iconic laced rubber boots. These knee length rain boots feature a decorative D-ring at center back and logo on the shaft. These wellingtons are made of natural rubber and have been cut by hand. This material can withstand temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius. The rubber composition is 80% natural rubber 15% White FIllers and 5% Other. If not treated regularly, natural rubber will develop a white surface over the years. This is simply because the rubber will lose its essential oil. To keep your boots in great condition for many years to come, we recommend that you treat them once a month with our oil.

Vous pouvez retourner votre commande dans les 30 jours suivant sa réception.

Comment effectuer un retour :

  1. Remplissez le formulaire de retour inclus dans votre commande lors de sa réception.
  2. Emballez soigneusement les articles que vous souhaitez retourner et insérez le formulaire de retour dûment rempli à l’intérieur du colis avec les produits.
  3. Fixez l’étiquette d'expédition prépayée de manière visible à l'extérieur du colis. (Si le colis porte une ancienne étiquette, vous devez la recouvrir pour qu’elle ne soit plus visible).
  4. Demandez un reçu lors du dépôt du colis. (Ceci constitue votre preuve de retour en cas de perte du colis pendant le transport).

Une fois votre colis de retour reçu et traité, les frais de retour de 7 € seront déduits et le montant restant de votre commande sera remboursé sur le mode de paiement utilisé lors de l'achat. L'ensemble du processus prend entre 5 et 10 jours ouvrables.

Veuillez noter que vous ne pouvez retourner votre commande que depuis le pays où elle a été initialement livrée.
